Shipping & Returns

All orders over $110 with standard shipping are FREE
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed, we do aim for your order to be with the courier on the stated dispatch days but know that our candles are made in small batches to ensure quality and sometimes we need to make them to order.
  • If your order has any pre order products in it, we will send your full order once all products are ready to be sent, we will not send it individually.
  • You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please be aware that we cannot control the climate, New Zealand has a very harsh summer sun and if wax products are left in the heat they can discolour and melt, when selecting your shipping method, please add in the "Notes" section a shaded area in which the courier driver may leave your parcel.

Delays may occur during New Zealand public holidays + long weekends.

Any orders made on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the following working day.
All items are tracked with ATL (Authority to Leave), if you would like to have it signed for instead, please let us know.
We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you're not in love with the products you have purchased, we are happy to have them returned so long as they are in un-used condition and in all original packaging with labels etc., however we will be the judge of whether these items are in that condition or not. You (the customer) will be in charge of postage costs to return it to us, must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
The same conditions apply for exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost to send it back to us then have it re-sent out, so please make your choices wisely and feel free to email any questions you may have for more info on scents etc. 
Any packages lost in courier aren't our responsibility. We only use tracked postage services to ensure this doesn't happen but as soon at it is dispatched it is out of our control. All our products are packaged well with fragile warning labels to ensure no breakages, however we cannot control how rough the courier drivers may handle these, especially during busy seasons. Therefore we do not hold accountability for lost or damaged items once it has left our premises. Please contact the courier company directly using your tracking link if you have queries.
