Are your products vegan? 

Yes, every ingredient that goes into our products is vegan, natural derived and free from animal testing.

Why does my candle wick pop when I light it?

This is happening because you aren't trimming the wick before you light it, trim the wick to 5mm before lighting and remove any debris, you can also refer to your candle care card to see how to make the most of your candle.

What if I don't like the scent I've selected?

Please refer to our shipping and returns page for more information on this. 

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately pick ups are not available at this time.

How do I burn my candle safely?

If you have purchased directly from us, all purchases come with a candle care card which tells you everything to do and not do! If you haven't, please follow these simple guidelines;

Trim your wick before every use to 5mm.

Let the first burn reach the edges to avoid tunnelling.

Make sure there is at least 1cm of wax in the bottom of the jar when you've finished burning it.

Do not leave your candle unattended.

Can I pay in installments?
